Main Bathroom 1 In addition, the bathroom has new tile floor and tub surround, new tub and toilet and new tub faucet. The real tile is a nice feature and will last for many years with low maintenance. The tub surround goes from the top of the tub ALL THE WAY to the Ceiling! A nice feature. Again, low maintenance in the shower. The plumbing has been updated with new pvc piping.
