Collison Realty LLC has been in Pierce County area since the company began in 1965 under the leadership of Dayle Collison. Dayle was very active in the real estate community, being a past president of the Tacoma Pierce County Association of REALTORS and served as a Director of the Washington State Real Estate Licensing Department for several years, as well as being involved in many other leadership roles. We have had offices in Parkland, Puyallup, Lakewood and Lacey. Our reputation as an honest, ethical, trustworthy and hardworking business entity has continued to follow our company.

On July 1, 1978 Dayle's son, Pat Collison, joined Collison Realty after graduating from Washington State University, majoring in business and specializing in real estate. Purchasing the company April 1, 1991, after his first daughter was born, Pat took over the business from his father. Pat ran the business for years, as well as being active in the real estate community, serving as president of the Multiple Listing Service and Director of the Tacoma Pierce County Association of REALTORS and many other elected and committee positions.

Pat passed away on April 1, 2005 and his wife Julie took the necessary steps to take over as broker. With Julie’s extensive background in title insurance, mortgage lending, real estate sales and management, she provides a valuable resource to her clients. She is also the proud mother of four children; Cassandra, Alexandria, Michelle and William "Tony" Collison.

Rick Riley joined as an associate in 2003. Rick spent many years in the construction business and has lived his entire life in the south Pierce County area and has extensive knowledge of the area.
